Sweet Land of Liberty

Freedom in the Lord is unlike any other. The more that we immerse ourselves in His Word and revel in His love, the more we realize that being a bondservant to Christ is the most liberating existence that we could ever have! Freedom in Christ will allow us to dance and minister in ways that we have never seen in the natural. He will give us the ability to bring the Heavenly vision into the earth realm through visual ministry.

The dictates of men may try to make us think that we are in some way hindered by our technical skills or inexperience. The Lord says that we are free. Our years of dance class and experience may give us confidence to dance. Without Christ, we can do nothing. The rules of the church may place dance ministry in a box. The Spirit sets us at liberty. People may scoff at the passion we have for movement ministry. Our God encourages us to work our faith.

Liberty must be exercised. We only have true freedom when the Spirit of the Lord is present. If we try to demand liberty in the flesh, then we will cause chaos and dissention in the Body. Freedom is not forced. We desire to be in His will, and worship in His presence. Let freedom ring!

Psalm 119:45 (NKJV)
And I will walk at liberty, for I seek Your precepts.

1 Corinthians 8:9 (NKJV)
But beware lest somehow this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak.

2 Corinthians 3:17 (NKJV)
Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Galatians 5:13 (NKJV)
For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

James 1:25 (NKJV)
But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.
