Remote Control

We can only exercise a lifestyle of self-control when we do it out of our love and dedication to God. Our actions and motions should only be governed by our relationship with Him to use us for Divine purpose.

The channel in which we operate has to remain tuned into the voice of God. Ultimately, only He can select the right music, movement, and visual elements. When we realize that He gives us the option of handing the "remote control" of dance ministry over to Him, we allow Him to show us the things that we should see. When we only want to watch what we want spiritually and naturally, we may miss out on what the Lord wants to reveal.

Submission to the process to become an anointed movement will involve releasing control into the hands of God. We are safe in knowing that He will not lead us in he wrong way. Yielding to His control will always result in encouragement, education, and effectiveness.

Exodus 15:13 (NKJV)
You in Your mercy have led forth the people whom You have redeemed; You have guided them in Your strength To Your holy habitation.

2 Chronicles 30:8 (NKJV)
Now do not be stiff-necked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the LORD; and enter His sanctuary, which He has sanctified forever, and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of His wrath may turn away from you.

Isaiah 48:17 (NKJV)
Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go.

Psalm 32:8 (NKJV)
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
