Many people have a tendency to run and tell what they've heard. It's good to seek wisdom, knowledge and understanding regarding how movement is used as ministry. After attending workshops, conferences, and dance events, many will simply repeat what has been taught instead of researching it first to see if it is in line with the Word of God.
This can lead to error and unsound theology regarding the position of dance in the Body. Just because we have been told something at a conference or workshop does not then qualify us to become teachers on the subject. Just like we cannot take one scripture and based a whole doctrine on it, we cannot take one opinion and base a dance ministry "must" on it either.

There are many qualified teachers regarding worship arts and movement who indeed have heard from the Lord. We must also remember that there are many teaching, hosting conferences, and leading dance ministries that have heard something, but not from the Lord...
